Product FAQs


Most of our products have fitting instructions which you can find in our library or please call us on 0800 085 3465. Please note that Cheshire Mouldings do not install products on a customer’s behalf.

You can use our plan your stairs app to help design a staircase based on your measurements. We do not currently offer a fitting service. We advise to contact a qualified installer or fitter if you’re unsure. Do not book a joiner or fitter before you’ve received and check your products.

Although great care is taken with our measurements, some products may differ slightly and sizes should be used as an approximate measurement

48 hour delivery is available to mainland UK only and does not include Weekends or Bank Holidays.
