The promoters of Cheshire Mouldings (“Prize Draw”) is Cheshire Mouldings &
Woodturnings Ltd, 4 Abbotsfield Rd, Reginald Road Industrial Estate, Sutton, St
Helens, WA9 4HU
1.1. This Prize Draw is open to individuals in the United Kingdom only. Entrants must be over the age of 18.
1.2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family or anyone else involved in the organisation of the Prize Draw, may not enter.
1.3. Entrants must have their own active personal Instagram or Facebook Account.
1.4. Entrants remain subject to the Instagram and Facebook terms and conditions.

2.1. To be in with a chance of winning:

2.2. Entries must be made between 12:30pm GMT on 28.06.24 and 12.30pm GMT on 12.07.24
2.3. Entries received after the end of the Prize Draw Period will not be valid.
2.4. No third party or automated entries are permitted.
3.1. The winner will be selected at random at the end of the Competition Period. The
Winner will be announced on @cheshiremouldings Instagram story on 01.05.24.
3.2. The winner will be selected randomly using independent third party technology.
3.3. The Promoter will announce the Winner by tagging them on social media and
will also make contact via direct message whereby the Promoter will ask the Entrant
for their name, phone number and email address only.
3.4. If any Winner fails to provide their Details to the Promoter within 72 hours then
the Promoter acting in its absolute discretion may make further attempts to contact
that Winner; and/or withdraw the Prize from that Winner and offer the Prize to a new
Winner.
4.1. The Prize is subject to availability and substitute services may be provided if
unavailable.
4.2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and
the Winner cannot request an alternative prize.
4.4. Prize cannot be redeemed on bank holidays or weekends and any additional
food or drink orders will be charged
5.1. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the Winner’s name on the Promoter’s
official social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.
6.1. Any Entry that is deemed to be unlawful, threatening, or offensive will be
excluded and the Promoter reserves the right to take any further action it deems
appropriate.
7.1. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents assume responsibility for:
7.1.1.any Prize that is not redeemed;
7.1.2. any system failures or malfunctions of any third-party websites;
7.1.3. any incomplete, lost, delayed or late Entries;
7.1.4. communications line failure with regard to equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Prize Draw;
7.1.5. if for any reason the Prize Draw or any website in connection with the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer, virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion; and/or
7.1.6. any other matter outside of reasonable control.
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. By entering the Prize Draw you accept these Terms and Conditions.
8.3. Any person who provides their Details to the Promoter in connection with this Prize Draw accepts:
8.3.1. the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purpose of administration of the Prize Draw (including publishing the names of the Winner and any administration relating to the Prize)

8.5 The Prize Draw, these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
