The official Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK and Cheshire Mouldings, the UK’s largest manufacturer of mouldings and stairparts, have increased their collaboration agreement for the 2022 and 2023 seasons as a Sportive Partner and Title Race partner.
Cheshire Mouldings was a Title Race partner in the 2021 UK Round, and now the company has increased its commitment with the successful 7-times WorldSBK champion team to become a major sponsor partner and a Title Race partner for Donington Park Round (UK) and the Portimao Round (Portugal).
Kawasaki Racing Team and Cheshire Mouldings work with a similar mind-set in their respective activities, aiming for excellence at all times. Furthermore, Cheshire Mouldings really enjoy and know the Motorsport world very well, making it a great partnership.
The first 2022 on track preparations will take place for the official Kawasaki Racing Team this week in Spain. Six times WorldSBK Champion Jonathan Rea will be joined on the track by Alex Lowes once again for a two day test at the 4.423 km long Jerez Angel Nieto circuit in the extreme south west of Spain.
The plan for this test is to try to improve the team’s competitiveness. KRT came very close to achieving its goals last year and will now keep up the hard work to win the WorldSBK Championship again in 2022 and 2023.
